BIKE FIT….I was recommended by a friend to visit Mark to get a bike fit as i was having issues with pain between my shoulder blades and tingling in my hands when riding distances of 20 miles+…spent well over an hour with him where he made adjustments throughout to suit what he saw when i was on my bike,went out on a 32 mile blast and what a huge difference it has made…both my issues resolved and cycling has even improved,excellent service…wish i had went and seen him earlier last year instead of suffering, he even took time to discuss nutrition while getting Bike Fit done….Thanks Mark..i enjoy the road much more now. I’d like to thank Mark @ OrangeFox Bikes for the excellent work he did on servicing my Rockshox forks. Right from the very start Mark was able to provide me with expert advice on an issue I was experiencing with my suspension. The customer service and communication was faultless throughout and he went above and beyond to ensure my forks were serviced and returned in tip-top condition. My bike feels brand new thanks to OrangeFox Bikes! This is probably the best experience I’ve had with a bike shop/mechanic and I will be using his services in the future. I realise I didn’t acknowledge the great job you did to get my oldish hybrid fit for my London to Paris cycle in June. Just as well, I had enough challenges en route without having to cope with bike problems and I reckoned you might not have been willing or able to hop in your van to come to the rescue!! Just a mail to say a big thanks for the recent work on my bike. Covered 350 miles over 3 days in the Tour Of The Highlands and the bike never missed a beat the whole time.
